The Founders Nick & Caroline Claydon
After initial careers in financial recruitment, Nick and Caroline embarked on building their property portfolio throughout the central belt of Scotland. Moving their strategy to HMOs for students and professionals in Birmingham and Liverpool they then developed Lynwood House and Garden by the Bay in Southport.
Most recently their focus has turned to developing listed buildings in Edinburgh to bring a relatively new approach to the hospitality market. Using smart technology and AI, they operate and own Eleven Stafford Street Townhouse and Three Johns Place which are boutique smart hotels. They are actively looking to add further sites in Edinburgh and London.
In 2010 Caroline was invited by Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Education to start training and teaching aspiring property investors and has travelled across the world delivering various 90 minute keynote speeches to regular 3 day workshops for audiences of up to 10,000.
To continue offering training and mentoring, Caroline & Nick founded a property education company Property Wealth System and podcast This Property Life in 2020.
In 2010 Nick began mentoring and coaching individuals throughout the UK on investing in property and would put together bespoke strategies and help clients implement them while out in their investment areas. He has coached and mentored more than 500 individuals and couples achieve their portfolio objectives.
Nick is an ACCP qualified coach and helps clients establish their property business as well as scaling it safely and quickly.
