The group’s hospitality arm is a collection of distinctive townhouse accommodation in Edinburgh and Southport, run directly by the family rather than through a management contract.
Each property is chosen for its location and character, then restored and operated with the same hands-on approach that runs through the rest of the group. The result is a coherent collection of guest accommodation with consistent standards and direct ownership.
Our approach
Owner-operated, not outsourced
The directors bring direct experience of buying, developing and operating property and businesses. Decisions remain close to the work, standards are set by the owners, and advice to clients is grounded in commercial experience rather than a template.

Caroline & Nick Claydon
The directors began their careers in recruitment before moving into property ownership, development and operating businesses. They lead the group from Edinburgh and remain directly involved in each division.
