Current activity is focused on Edinburgh and Southport, including the operation of 3 John’s Place, an established townhouse hotel in Leith, Edinburgh, open for over a year following its completed conversion into guest accommodation.
Consultancy for established entrepreneurs, investors and business owners. The work starts with AI and automation to reduce operating costs and repetitive tasks, then business process improvement, and property and investment advisory where the group’s own development experience applies.
The work draws directly on the group’s own experience of buying, developing and operating businesses and property.
