The location was outstanding. We had a long layover and being able to walk through the airport right to the hotel was super convenient. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was extra and pricey for what was offered. We took the train into the city centre to sightsee and snap a few photos before we had to be back at the airport.

This is an excellent little hotel right in the middle of where we wanted to be, close to everything. Whatever you do, do not bring a car into Edinburgh. It is a nightmare to find parks and very expensive. Public transport is excellent.

The atmosphere was inviting, making it a memorable and pleasant getaway.The location of Eleven Stafford Street Guesthouse further enhanced our experience. Situated conveniently, we enjoyed easy access to a variety of restaurants, adding a culinary delight to our stay. Additionally, the proximity to Edinburgh Castle allowed us to explore this iconic landmark with ease, making our visit to the city even more enriching. The strategic location undoubtedly added to the overall appeal of the guesthouse.

Lovely safe clean room. No faff of dealing with reception etc just get a key code and you’re in. Well thought out room with nice little touches. Great shower. Radiator refused to never turn off, but if the only issue is always being warm, that’s not such a bad thing. Perfect for short stays in the city and east to get around. All grand.

Exceptionally beautiful suite in a beautiful building. Gorgeous design, tea cups, and use of colour. So unique. Extremely clean and incredibly comfortable. Loved the online neighbourhood guide as well.

An absolutely fantastic location right bang in the city centre near all the main attractions of a beautiful city. The hotel was boutique style and the room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable and had lots of nice features, including great decor. In terms of value for money, it was outstanding. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in the city seeing the sights.

From the front desk to the bar staff to even the kitchen we were greeted with kindness and friendliness. Food was delicious and I was especially surprised and delighted by the breakfast options. Amazing staff and service! I slept wonderfully, I only hoped to have an extra pillow but realized in the morning I simply had to ask the front desk 🙂 I appreciate all that comfort hotel had to offer! Will definitely recommend and return myself!

Very elegant and delightful town house in Edinburgh. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The toiletries were luxury quality. The location could not have been better. A gem of a place. I will now make this my go to place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. And to top it off there is a gorgeous wine bar 30 seconds walk away.

We stayed in the stunning Grosvenor suite. Beautiful interior design down to the smallest detail. Perfectly located in the West End within walking distance to everything. Some lovely pubs and restaurants in the area, would recommend Durbar Indian Kitchen 2 minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and stay again when we’re next in Edinburgh.

Our stay for a Valentine getaway was absolutely amazing, a very easy process to access the building and suite, outstanding decoration and atmosphere made it a delightful experience. Being in the west end of Princes Street you have everything you could possibly need all within walking distance to Princes Street Gardens, Edinburgh Castle, Scott Monument, St James Quarter with lots of beautiful restaurants, cocktail bars and pubs nearby. Highly recommend.

Stayed in mid January in the 1st floor Clarendon room for a birthday treat. Room was stunning in terms of decoration and presentation. The tech-based access process worked smoothly and we couldn’t get over just how quiet the house was given its city centre location. Good range of eating places and attractions in close proximity and easy access to public transport. First class value for money and we will definitely be back!

Everything! This hotel is honestly incredible. Perfect location, super luxurious finish. Our train from London was cancelled due to a storm, and the hotel moved our reservation back a day free of charge so that we didnt miss any of our 2 night stay. So kind. Honestly cant recommend enough

Great hotel in the city centre. Near to tram lines and the city centre. Pre arrival documents cover everything you need to know about the hotel that was only opened in Dec 2023. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We stayed in the Walker room which was small but we knew that before we arrived. If you are staying more than a night or two and have lots of luggage it would be worth upgrading to a bigger room. Can’t really fault the the hotel overall.

I chose one of the smaller rooms since I was up on business for a couple of nights by myself.
The room had lovely decor and a very comfortable bed, plenty of plug sockets, delicious coffee and a great shower. The location is fantastic and surprisingly quiet while being right in the centre of town. The online checkin was easy, quick and convenient with no waiting around in queues. I will definitely be back

The room was easy to access with the key code. It was warm, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The room had Wi-Fi, the tv had Netflix, the shower was powerful….. All in all, a very good experience.

The rooms were lovely; clean; good quality bed and in as new condition. The location was perfect for our short trip being very close to Princes Street, the tram stop and, in our case, a 15 min walk to the Rugby stadium.
